Entries are now open for the MFGRC’s WC/WCX event that will be held Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2-3, at Golden Oaks Ranch in Montverde, Fla. (near Clermont).

Pat Kopco and Mike Orloff will be judges for the event, which is being chaired by MFGRC board member Ted Misilo.
Volunteers from amongst the MFGRC membership are needed to help run the event, especially with setup in the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 1, and packing up after the event ends on Nov. 3. Anyone interested in volunteering is asked to contact Andy Hall at andyhall58 (at) hotmail (dot) com.
The Golden Retriever Club of America’s purpose in establishing and making available a Working Certificate (WC) and Working Certificate Excellent (WCX) to all owners of Golden Retrievers is to encourage the use and maintenance of the natural hunting and retrieving abilities which are genetically vital to the breed.
